We can personalize (almost) anything! Our computerized laser engrave will engrave letters, numbers, logos, pictures, and anything in between. Use of our mechanical engraver and sandblaster increases the variety of material we can mark.
Our engraving shop includes 2 Epilog lasers that allow us to laser engrave surfaces from tiny up to 40 inches wide with unlimited length! Do you want an engraved door? Or an engraved coin for your pocket? Either extreme can be done. We can also “turn” cylindrical objects to engrave all the way around.
Lasers engraving uses concentrated heat. Some materials just don’t laser well. If that’s the case, our mechanical engraver or sandblaster will step in to do the job. Our knowledgeable staff will help decide which process will work best for the object being engraved.
All engraving is done in house, so can be completed quickly with maximum input from you as the customer.
Acrylic and Engravable Plastics:
Used for signage, faceplates, and awards, the variety of plastics and acrylics open a wide range of designs. Photos can be engraved and backlit for a unique look.
Glass,Crystal, and Stone:
Awards and drinkware lead the pack in this area. Marble, granite and brick can also be engraved for a lasting design.
Painted, anodized , and powder coated metals engrave through the coating. Uncoated metals use a coating that reacts to the heat of the laser, causing a black design to emerge. Engraved legend plates, or plaques can be created from these products.
All types of wood are engravable. Lighter color woods show more contrast, but all wood can be color filled to enhance the engraved image.
All Other Materials
The above is the “short list” of the most frequently engraved materials. That is by far not the complete list. Add leather and leatherette , both of which we can cut and engrave. Also, latex rubber sheets are engraved to create stamps, self inking or to use with ink pads. Picture framing mats can be engraved with a design or legend “plate”. Even paper and cloth can be engraved and cut with the laser. The list goes on…
All items we sell include engraving in the price. There is never a set up fee. If we are custom designing something that takes more than 20 minutes to draw, there is a small art fee.
For items brought in, prices start at $10 and are dependent on the material and engraving time. Although our knowledgeable team does everything in their power to make sure projects come out perfectly, occasionally things go awry. Unfortunately we cannot replace items brought in for engraving if results aren’t optimal.
